* Child tickets:

• Children under 2 years: 30% of adult price (sharing bed with parents).
• Children from 2 to under 12 years old: 75% of adult price (sharing bed with parents). : 90% of adult price (baby own bed).
• Children 12 years and over: 100% of adult price.

* Tour price includes:

• Round trip air ticket & airport tax 2 head, airport security charge.
• 5 nights 3 * hotel, standard 2 person / twin or triple room if odd person
• Meals and admission to the program. Vehicles to visit the program.
• Saigontourist guide, local guide (applies to delegations over 15 adults). If the group of less than 15 guests, only
• HDV of Saigontourist airport pickup and local HDV service throughout the journey.
• Stream water: 01 bottle / day / person. Saigontourist’s gifts (handbags, hats, straps)

* Price does not include:

• Fees for passports and visas re-enter Vietnam for guests with foreign nationality.
• Drinks (beer, wine, … meals), telephone, laundry, luggage exceeding the charge of the airline.
• Medicines, hospitals … and other personal expenses of the guests outside the program, tips for HDV and driving.

INFORMATION GUIDE

• In case of cancellation: Please pay the cancellation fees as follows:
• After deposit: pay 10% of the tour price.
• From 20 to 35 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays): 30% of tour price.
• From 11 to 19 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays): 80% of tour price.
• Cancellation before 10 days of departure: 100% of tour price.

* Note:

• Customers commit to follow the schedule, do not drop tour. Any form of quitting or not using services overseas will not be refunded as all services have been paid in advance. Any guests who separated the amusement and announced an additional payment of 1.2 million vnd / day
• Tour price varies from month to month, you can refer to tour price by price list and monthly departure schedule.
• The airfreight fee may vary depending on the airline’s policy (written notice will be given).
• The departure date may change if the number of guests is less than 10 guests, the company will confirm before 7 days departure.
• Guests from 70 years old are kindly requested to pay a premium fee (varies according to tour).
• If you are aged 75 or over, you must have a valid medical certificate for your doctor’s travel abroad and must have a relative under the age of 60 (full health).
• The insurance program only applies to customers of Saigontourist go and on the schedule of tour, all arising soon or later, you must purchase additional insurance.
• The program can be changed depending on the situation of the flight, hotel abroad and officially confirmed on the group meeting, 2-3 days before departure. Points of interest may be rearranged not in the order in the program.
• Your passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the date of your return. Flight ticket is not refundable.
• If the child is accompanied by a relative (without accompanying parents): a written authorization from the parents and confirmation of the ward or commune where the permanent residence book is registered. Please note to bring this document to the airport for presentation to the relevant departments.
• Children accompanying birth parents are required to bring birth certificates (notarized copies) for presentation at the immigration counter (if required).

Cancellation policy does not apply to holidays & Tet holidays.

• After paying, if you want to cancel the tour, please bring ID card and bill paid to the Saigontourist Office – Hanoi to cancel the tour. Saigontourist does not accept cancellations by telephone.
• Saigontourist does not accept visitors from 5 months or more participating in foreign tours.
• In case of force majeure due to weather, natural disasters, strikes, riots, sabotage, war, epidemics, delays or cancellations due to weather or technical issues … Saigontourist will refund the tour to you after deducting the costs of services made as visa fee, … and is not liable for any additional costs. .
• In case there is only 01 guest (adult) traveling with 01 baby (under 12 years old), please pay the tour to the baby bed.
